What to expect

Is there any obligation when I submit my info?

No. You will never have to pay us a commission or fee. If you ask us for an offer, you will never be obligated to sell us your home.

If you tell us about your property and request an offer, we will look to see if:

1) your home fits our buying criteria.
2) we are a good fit for you as buyers. You, the homeowner, are the most important part of this process. It is always your choice if we are good buyers for you or if you need different selling options. If the latter is true, we will provide you with names and numbers of businesses we think will work best for you.

What will you do with my house if I sell it to you?

We aim to provide housing for those in need of shelter. We transform houses into battered women’s shelters, assisted living facilities, homes for traveling nurses, or rent-to-own homes.

How are you different from a real estate agent?

Real estate agents list a property on the MLS to help you sell your home. After this, the agent will guide prospective buyers through your home at open and private showings.

Once the agent finds a buyer, they will take a percentage (5-7%) of the sale price. Sometimes, this process can take months.

We buy your home directly from you. We do not list your house or host open houses. Instead of a months-long process, we can discuss buying your home in 3 days, if needed.

My house currently has a tenant living in it. Will you still buy it?

Yes! We are interested in giving an offer on your home if it has a tenant living in it, with or without a lease.

My house needs repairs. Will you still buy it?

Yes! We buy homes as-is, with no exceptions.

You say you can buy a house in “a matter of days.” I don’t want to sell for weeks or months.

While we can close on a home in 3 days, we typically schedule to close on a home in 2 or 3 weeks. However, all homeowners and contracts are unique. We will adjust your timeline. If you don’t want to close for a month or so, that is perfectly fine.
