Most of our website is geared towards sellers. What about if you’re a buyer, a renter, or interested in hearing about our group homes?
At Trident Odyssey, we want to serve people who are selling their homes. We also want to serve people seeking housing. Everyone living in one of our homes, either as a rental, homestead, or shelter, deserves our utmost respect. We prefer to tailor our selling process to those buying from us because the people we work with will be the most important part of the process, not the house they will rent or buy. We love to work with local businesses! Even if you’re just looking to network, we’d love to meet you and learn more about your North or South Carolina business. We enjoy building relationships with fix-n-flip companies and others who provide for group homes.
Long-term rentals
Many of our long-term rentals are “rent-to-own” properties, where you can buy the home from us. If you plan to rent today and buy later, we may have the home for you!
Group homes
We offer multiple types of group homes, including homes for traveling nurses and senior living. If you’d like to work with us or live in one of our homes, we’d love to hear from you.
Short-term rentals
A typical rental lease is a 12-month contract. But, sometimes, this contract length isn’t realistic or tailored to what we need. Get in touch to hear about shorter lease lengths.
